Falcon F-Series
The F-Series monitoring systems - the F3400 and F1000 - provide equipment
protection by monitoring critical operating parameters in enterprises, remote
network facilities, communication rooms, unmanned facilities, and critical
support systems. These stand alone systems operate via embedded firmware that handles all
data collection, alarm reporting, and multiple concurrent communication mediums.
Versatile Environmental Monitoring
Both the F1000 and F3400 accommodate up to 4 analog, 4 digital (dry contact) or thermistor signals.
The F3400 allows for an additional 24 digital only inputs. The inputs can be used to monitor simple contact
closure signals such as summary alarms, thermistor temperature sensors, or analog inputs (4-20mA) that provide
variable output such as temperature, humidity, voltage, current or pressure. Both systems provide 2 relay outputs
(form C) for additional equipment control or annunciation of alarm conditions.
Web-Based Monitoring and Security Surveillance
The F-Series systems provide web-based monitoring and access to status information about each device being
monitored. In addition, it can be integrated with any SNMP management system (Gets/Sets, Traps) and supports
IP surveillance camera integration. Web pages are protected by a three-level read/write/administrator encrypted
password protection.
Redundant Alarm Notification
When an alarm occurs, early notification can help you avoid pending problems. Immediate notification
can be sent via SNMP, Modbus slave RTU or TCP/IP, and email to as many as 4 recipients. Also, with an
optional internal modem, up to 4 phone numbers and/or pagers can be alerted of alarm conditions.
Modbus Integration
Both F-Series systems come standard with Modbus slave RTU or TCP/IP capability allowing for seamless BMS
(Building Management System) integration. This two-wire communication also allows for direct plug-and-play (PnP)
integration with up to eight RLE Seahawk Leak Detection Systems, including the LD5100,
LD2000, and LDRA6.
