SeaHawk LD2000 Distance Read Leak Detection

The SeaHawk™ LD2000 system detects and reports the presence and location of water or any conductive liquid. This robust system is the most cost-effective distance read panel on the market. No other distance read system in the world is web-accessible, integration friendly, and/or provides direct notification.

The LD2000 detects the presence of any conductive fluid when used with RLE patented SeaHawk Water Leak Detection Cable (SC). When a conductive liquid comes in contact with the leak detection cable, within seconds the LD2000's LED flashes in alarm, and the display LED provides a distance measurement. The physical location of the leak can then be determined by cross-referencing the displayed distance with a cable reference map of your site.

Direct Notification & Remote Status Updates
The LD2000 system offers RLE distance read technology with direct notification capabilities and a web interface. Immediate alarm notification can be sent via email, which can be routed to phones, PDAs, and other cellular devices. Also, the system has an HTML interface that allows users to view conditions and alter configurations with any web browser.

Simple System Integraton
The SeaHawk LD2000 is "integration friendly" so that it can interface in a simple and straightforward manner with existing Network Management Systems (NMS) that accept SNMP traps, as well as Building Management Systems (BMS) that communicate via BACnet or Modbus.

Scalability, Convenience, & Reliability
The LD2000 continously monitors up to 2,000 feet of leak detection cable to identify any cable breaks or disconnects. In the event of a water leak, the cable can be wiped dry, allowing the panel to return to normal conditions in a matter of seconds. Notably, the unique design of the LD2000 system virtually eliminates false alarms due to high humidity and other physical factors.
